They don’t even deserve one star. I purchased this through Groupon. Never received my product so Groupon refunded me the code I bought. The company continued to charge me over $400 and I never received it!! I tried to reach out and after multiple emails they just wouldn’t respond or refused to solve the situation. Please for the love of god DO NOT purchase this!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I am getting very frustrated with BMI customer service, I was charged on my credit card 308.99 on 7/12/2024 and have emailed for 2 weeks with no results. I have called and been transferred to BMI docs who said they cannot help me. Someone please contact me asap.

My order came in the mail late was requested for am got afternoon , package was warm and medicine was hot. Scared defected and no one will contact me back, I pay a lot and I will not feel safe taking after it came warm and cleary stats to keep at certain temps

DO NOT PURCHASE! I purchased a voucher for 1 month of 10mg of Tirzepatide from Groupon which was supposed to cover a consultation and prescription for 80$ as well as a 30$ shipping fee. The “consultation” was a “doctor” reviewing my very vague intake forms and sending me an impersonal message with the prescription and care instructions. You will not get a call or speak to anyone throughout this entire process. The prescription was for Compounded Tirzepatide and not regular Tirzepatide, and the former is not FDA approved. Even though I immediately asked the “doctor” to hold the prescription because I wanted to talk about my concerns, they send it immediately and take a day or two to respond if at all. Although I paid a 30$ shipping fee, the medication arrived a day late and the ice packs were all melted and warm although the product is supposed to remain refrigerated. I am in the process of submitting a claim to the FTC regarding false advertisement of the medications and my lawyer is looking into medical negligence and lack of compliance. I highly encourage everyone to go to a real doctor in person to get a prescription and avoid this site.

I can't comment on the product as I have not started using it. I will however speak to customer service. I have sent 5 Password Update requests with no response.

I started to set up my account but lost my ID and had to wait for my new one to come to finish setting up my account. By the time it came it seems my account was deactivated, couldn't log back in (or I lost my password) as my email is still registering. I have submitted multiple password reset requests and none of them have been delivered. I emailed and texted the company and have heard nothing in reply. I will call them but not hopeful of getting through.
