There are two types of bonuses: free bonuses and deposit bonuses, and most details about them are explained in section 7. TERMS THAT APPLY TO PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES. From my point of view, it seems that you misunderstood the rules, so please carefully read rule 7.2 along with the related rules.
7.2. Welcome Bonus for New Users
a. When creating a new user account, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the free money welcome bonus:
b. The Player is aware that if they have already used any Welcome Bonuses, they are ineligible for any more Welcome Bonuses.
c. Unless otherwise specified by the specific Promotion rules (free chips), the Player must wager 40x the value of a free chip if they have already received a non-deposit-based bonus.
d. One free chip can only be credited per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, computer, and shared computers (such as those at a university, fraternity, school, public library, or place of employment).
e. Any withdrawal from the New Signup Bonus must first be processed with a verification deposit. If a verification deposit is not made, all winnings and bonus funds will be automatically forfeited if the verification deposit is not made.
f. Once you meet the wagering requirements, any amount exceeding the maximum cashout limit will be automatically removed from your account.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, but using a particular sentence out of context and claiming that we said something we don’t honor is unfair. If you had followed my previous responses to various concerns on this forum, you would have seen that a verification deposit is required if you wish to withdraw winnings from a free promotion and you’ve never deposited before (as clearly stated in rules 6.1.o. and 7.2.e.).
You can withdraw that deposit along with your winnings, but in that case, you must contact our support team after making the verification deposit and before submitting your withdrawal request, so the payments manager can add your deposit to your winnings and process the full amount together.
The point of the verification deposit is to familiarize yourself with using crypto if you haven’t used it before, by making a real transaction at our Casino.
Please understand that instant processing payouts have nothing to do with the account verification process. We process payouts in less than 15 minutes, but if your account requires verification, that instant processing will only happen after you pass verification or meet the necessary conditions (such as completing a verification deposit or leaving the bonus amount if you play with a deposit bonus).
The estimated time for account verification is 3–5 working days, but it usually takes less than 48 hours, assuming the documents provided are valid (i.e., high-quality selfies, valid ID, etc.).
