We have enjoyed the ease of use so far
We have enjoyed the ease of use so far. It is easy to use with stationary phones at the office, but not when one works remotely and uses a phone app or PC app to answer calls. We are still figuring this part out.

Pediatric Clinic
Switching to Boostlingo about three months ago was one of the best decisions we’ve made! The difference in communication with our patients has been incredible. Their interpreters are professional, reliable, and easy to access — and the platform is user-friendly for both staff and patients. We’ve seen such a positive impact on patient understanding and comfort, and I honestly don’t know how we managed before. Highly recommend Boostlingo to any healthcare provider looking to improve their language access services!

I love that I can make my point clear…
I love that I can make my point clear to the employees who work with me. It makes communication so much easier. Making sure myself and my employees feel heard and understood is the best thing about Boostlingo.

We used Boostlingo several times to help interpret for a client.
We used Boostlingo several times to help a client who speaks Swahili. I spoke with several of representatives and they were very helpful. Outstanding Service
Translators are very professional and customer focused centric. Service is very user friendly and has improved our ability to serve non-English speaking patients in a more effective and efficient manner
