I joined the institution recently , the atmosphere is nice , the staff is great and very helpful , also the lessons are not boring as we are used to ( just grammar), but on the contrary there is greater focus on conversation skills , honestly i do not regret joining

i joined this center in july and i actually learned a lot being part of their system was very nice it's very unique to anything i've seen before, i actually like the way they carry the lessons and the sessions but the best part for me honestly is the chat room feature you have to experience it to understand, it's very cool a lot of people from different parts of the world come and talk to each other casualy i formed friendships because of it unironicly so yeah it's a 10/10 experience for me.

A few months ago, I started the course and I felt my language has improved. Their treatment is also excellent. Thank you, Boston.

Dear Boston English Center Team, However, I must also share my disappointment with the recent changes I have noticed. Unfortunately, the quality of service and the way students are treated have declined drastically compared to before. What used to be a place of warmth, professionalism, and respect has now turned into an experience filled with poor treatment and a lack of the care and support that once made this center stand out. This change has been deeply discouraging, especially after having experienced such a positive and supportive environment in the past. I sincerely hope that these concerns will be taken seriously and that efforts will be made to restore the high standards and respectful atmosphere that once defined your institution. Sincerely, S. Al-Manari

Dear S. Al-Manari, Thank you for your feedback and for being part of Boston English Center for over a year. During your time with us, you benefited from a heavily discounted rate of just $40/month — a special offer allowing you to study in small groups where others paid nearly double. Thanks to your dedication and our team’s support, your English level improved significantly — from A1 to B2, which is clearly reflected in your message. It’s disheartening to hear this change in tone now that your discount is no longer available. We believe in fairness and sustainability, and we can’t continue offering such steep discounts indefinitely. We remain proud of the positive impact we had on your journey and wish you the best in your continued success.
