Savvy cancellation policy. They refused my refund and cancelling account during the 14 days of trial. even if you clicked the cancel account button twice. and got a "we're sorry to see you go" and the manager (sales team) will contact you(which is in spam) they said without their permission they cannot delete the account. I checked their policy there is no next process to check with the sales team to say confrim my cancellation. But this time with me. they did. Which is total fraud act.

Auto-renewal without any notice and will not refund. Such a scam

scam company they said I would have a free trial, charged me a full year $595.35, then refused to give me a refund. Stay AWAY.

Too bad I had to give it one star in order to lodge a complaint. They suck big time. I missed a auto renewal notice for this product because I don’t use it. I had to subscribe once to download a file someone sent me. So I used it once and it cost me $400. Customer service did nothing but refer me to the small print. The product sucks and isn’t worth the money.

Horrible product policy. They make you sign up for a minumum of 3 accounts and do not make it clear that the number you pay at the end is 3x what they show on the website. And customer service will only hife behind T&Cs. I never had the urgency to write a review for any product in my life until this.

These done took my money I was on a makita tool set order $3.99 And the charge me $6.99 for some didn’t order now these playing games. Shipping fee and it took me to some box Whatever the hell it is I want my money refunded bk now Or you will be hearing from my attorney Freaking Scam’s

Box on case review has issued a full refund for which we are extremely grateful. Buyer beware. The product is not suitable for smaller companies as no single user subscription is available. When signing up it is advertised as a monthly payment but before you know it you have paid for the full year in advance which in our case was €468

Box is the new AOL. I've used Box for 6 years, recently decided to switch to OneDrive, however Box charged me for a full year, days before the switch. Ok, I cancelled the account anyway and they said I was still on the line for the year - that definitely reminded me of how AOL tried to shaft its customers but not worth my time to fight. However, there is no way to pay unless I reactivate my account, which means the clock starts over. And now, I don't trust them to cancel the account as requested. There is a link to the "Billing Team" in the accounts and billing section of their website but it dumps you into a generic community forum. There is no other way to contact them regarding billing - just the community forum. And, the forum is moderated so that your complaint never sees the light of day. Box seems to be pulling that same stunt other dying companies pull where they prevent you from leaving in order to falsely prop up their account numbers. You're better off with OneDrive or Google Drive, you know Microsoft or Google isn't going to play games.
