Is there a strap that can be used to hold the sleeve in place. Right now, it's starting to collect dust since my husband is not wearing it due to that issue.
Reply from BraceAbilityFeb 17, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the sleeve keeps rolling down. We can suggest ways to improve the fit or offer alternative sizing options. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.

Like the other two heel cups I purchased, these dual density cups had little or no effect on my heel pain which is probably caused by lack of fat pad on the bottom of my feet and a resulting bone bruise. Another part of the problem is getting the cups seated properly on top of the shoe's inner sole (as directed by the company) without ending up walking on top of the edge of the cup. It's disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear that the heel cups didn’t provide the relief you were hoping for. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team to help improve our products.

The thigh high support hose material is very good. My suggestion is that the top band of the hose needs to be wider so it doesn’t roll.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you like the material and will share your suggestion about the top band with our team.

I purchased a left hand/thumb brace. It arrived promptly, but it is not comfortable to wear. Even though it is extra large, it doesn't fit well as it goes up my arm and so then it pushes back down and does not secure my thumb effectively.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the brace isn’t fitting comfortably and will forward your comments to our product team for review.

The brace is too hard and uncomfortable on my hands even with the protective cloth worn. They still tend to dig into my skin.

so..this product probably works well with some people but for someone with an inflexible hand it's no good. suggestion: use a hand model who actually has a problem, not someone who has normal usage.its simply misleading and unhelpful.
