I need to return my items, it seems to be a hassle between printing the return label, I don't have a printer or a place to do this and I may or may not get my money back depending on how the product is returned and the limited time you can return the product to them, if you don't get money back they don't send the product back either, all this is causing more knee pain not helping to relieve it.

Very uncomfortable and hard for me to pull apart. I thought it had adjustable straps when I ordered it. Does offers support but is too uncomfortable to wear for for than ten minutes. I am 5'4 and 120 lbs and ordered a medium. Probably a small would have been better. I read lots of great reviews and I am glad for those gals. I wish I could use it. Money not well spent for me. Sales final, can't return.

Poor quality material. Velcro straps slide out of place and support brackets on side do not even line up properly on side of knee. Material bulges on back of knee and will not take return. Do not waste your money.

The image shows each size (s, m, l) attached to the same arm. However, the medium I purchased doesn't have enough strap length and/or velcro to attach the topmost strap to around my arm. I have no reason large would be any better.

This was my original reviewThe Dorsal Night splint is poorly sized. I have a slim W size 9 foot and should easily fit into the size S/M based on the company size chart. I could not fit the straps around my foot - the top strap would not go around because it was poorly made and sized so small. The L/XL size would have been too big. The company would not waive the shipping costs despite the product being faulty. Customer service was terrible and didn't care and said it was my fault. Why would a company lump the S/M together? Makes no sense. They should have four sizes, not two. Really disappointing. I cannot recommend buying their product. Post review: I did get a reply from Customer service saying they would refund me the shipping, which I appreciate. Thank you.Sadly, it took me calling two times and then writing this poor review before the company agreed to refund the shipping.. While I appreciate the gesture, it makes me pause that it wasn’t until they had a poor review that they did anything. However, I still cannot recommend this product until they change the sizing, I truly hope they make some changes.

Have not gotten my brace ordered on the 9th

Right measurements and it did not fit. They would not let me return. I wish I would have bought from Amazon prime because they do have a return policy. I also wish I would have looked at the rating on Amazon, they are not that great.

It does not work for my knee cap. I have arthritis on the back of my knee cap and need stability all around my knee cap. This brace is for one side or the other. It’s also too tight.
