I ordered the Med per your size chart. I have a slender foot and small frame. However, I couldn’t even get it over my heel!! The open ends are hilariously TINY. I’m grateful to your customer service person to facilitate an exchange. Sure hope better luck with LRG. She told me you recommend sizing up - but I did not see that before I ordered?

Your website is not user friendly in my opinion,it took way too long to get my order placed once I was able to verify that the order was correct and I am still not 100 percent sure it is

Brace takes too long to put on. Straps are too long.

I sent the brace back the same day I received it, waiting for a credit on my account. It shipped quickly but it was so bulky that I couldn't put on any clothing over it and it was extremely hard to get the velcro attached to the buckle.

Still haven't received the items.

Was great at start but elasticity wore out only in 2 weeks and I don't have $40 to spend every 2 weeks to get another one

Description of product, material, and sizes were difficult to to find.

Communication is extremely lacking. As a customer i shouldn't have to track my own return to find out your company received it or that it has been deemed non returnable. For a company to succeed it needs to have customers, customers dont stick around if you refuse to communicate.
