I ordered the wrong size and the process to exchange for the correct size was very easy.

I had a brace from the doctor wore it over a year and really wore it out. I purchased this one which is the same as the doctor supplied. When I received it, it fit like a glove. Was shocked as to how worn out the other was. Does not take away all the pain but most of it, allows me to use my hand when I have it on. Thank you

The product is very good, works well. Only one suggestion about color, it could also be offered in tan so for women would look less apparent on the hands disguising a little bit of the problem that is occurring.

I ordered a second set of push splints for both thumbs because they have been a godsend for reducing pain and keeping that troublesome CMC joint stable. I noticed in an accompanying email from BraceLab that some users have found it helpful to cross the straps, and you're right - it does make a difference. Appreciate your suggestion and am sharing it with my PT!
