Very good brace but....
First off - - you will need to buy some sort of hand sleeve or fabric to wear under this - wearing a brace next to your skin can cause horrible rash - HOWEVER - I have tried a lot of braces for basal joint arthritis and this one is the ONLY one that I have found that offers true support while doing light or heavy work. If you are experiencing pain with pinching thumb and fingers to tie your shoe or turning a knob or playing piano then this is the answer -

Great customer service
I love the push metagrip splints and will use them for the rest of my life. I recently ordered one because I thought I'd lost mine. Well, I found it that day and asked if I could get a refund and cancel the order. The company was gracious about honoring my request. Everything about this company is highly professional and reflects their craftsmanship..

They Work
My second pair.Year old ones are fine ,just a little grubby.Retired to painting and such.The fact is THESE WORK so that I can work.Very happy with PUSH.Put off surgery indefinitely.I play guitar,garden and wood work just fine.Gratefull.
