Ordered 4 packs of short ribs 2 look good 2 have no meat

Shippment was on time, but the filet was packet with ice packs very loose, to some of the packed pieces were not really in contact with the ice and one of the packages was leaking a bit. Otherwise, the quality and taste of the meat is really very good. Would like to get a more tight packing for my next order!

while the bison was good it needs a little more liquid in the one pound package t0 add alittle flavor

I ordered the buffalo tenderloin. The product arrived in good condition. Unfortunately the quality was not worth the price. The meat was tough. I prepared it several different ways, all of which resulted in tough meat. Not worth the price.

Not the happiest with their customer service. We received two packages that were broken and the way they handled it wasn't the best. I felt at fault and I had nothing to do with the issue (it came damaged). Also being asked to post a photo of us wearing their hat product and tag them left me on a sour note.
