Good selection and pricing. Can't find a better mix of products in Ontario. They have a simple ordering process, shipping is not overly expensive and offer instructions for assembly/installation on the product page.

Purchased shrink tube because it was the lowest price I could find on Amazon. It shows up and isn't what I expected. I called in and the sales rep wasn't able to help me.

When it comes to organizing and protecting cables and wires, it's hard to beat cabletiesandmore for one stop selection and purchase. They have a wide variety to choose from the website is well organized and easy to use. Setting up an account is straightforward and when applying for credit the requirements are reasonable.

Called in for assistance on a order. Was rushed and told to order the wrong items. Not impressed with that individual. Unfortunately it reflects on the company. When I called in about returning items that I was told to order that were incorrect…. I was told I was paying shipping. There is a reason I called in to make sure I received the correct items because it was time sensitive. I asked the sales rep several times if this was all that I needed. I was rushed off the phone. After they read my review they decided to make it right. Should of when I called the second time but it was taken care of. Thank you
