I am a General Contracting company, our job was running late (due to COVID) and I need to return $171.01 worth of merchandise that just didn’t fit. I called and got a guy who told me that despite the fact that I can’t use it I have no option to return as I’m 13 days over the return period. Why support small places like them when they don’t support the customer? 13 days due to COVID and no exception, not even for store credit?! I’m submitting a form now to ask for a return - let’s hope someone else has more common sense.

Customer Service Thinks You're Wrong. I purchased item 407453, and it looks NOTHING like the product pictured. When I contacted customer service about the order, I was advised to send pictures. I did, then was ignored and followed up to get a bunch of lip service from a cocky customer service rep. My options are to spend another $13 on shipping in order to get my $10 refunded. No biggie losing $10, but what about that customer service though? Also, they could care less about the images accurately reflecting their merchandise. I'm done with cablestiesandmore.com.

This company is disappointing. They sold me defective products. We work in a busy industry and having supplies is important. We need to have lots of different inventory on hand. So it was a bit of time before we realized the products were defective, possible damaging our clients’ finished goods. I reached out to this company’s Customer Service. Amir, the rep, seemed helpful. I sent him photos of the defective products as requested. I never heard back for weeks. I reached out again, this time Reshawn was more helpful. He must have been new or something because he actually wanted to help me. But right off the bat he basically said, “ yeah, we thought you defective products but it’s past your 30 days so we probably will do nothing.” He talked to his managers and sure enough: THEY DID NOTHING. They wouldn’t even offer me credit or anything. Such a scam! Don’t shop here.

Product was shown with a bracket in all online pictures. When it arrived, it had no bracket - informed the bracket was optional. I ended up paying shipping both directions. Reading the 5-star reviews, they sound like sponsored/paid reviews - "Greatest prices on the internet!" I don't believe them at all. Would not deal with this company again.

WARNING! This company is a rip off! They charged me $17 to ship a pair of overalls. When I receive them they were huge and did not fit. When I asked to have them returned they said they would charge me 25% plus shipping. Which is more than the cost of the item. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Ordered work boots, money came out of my account immediately, never received boots or communication. The paragraph below on the “Paid in Full” invoice is a lie. “Thank you for shopping with Cable Ties And More. We have received your order, and we are processing it now. You will receive an email when your order has been packed and shipped. A customer service agent will contact you if an item(s) is not in stock.” After 33 days, I called the number on the invoice for customer service, and was told to send an email. Sent an email, no reply, called again, and was told the boots weren’t in stock, and the refund would be processed. No apology. Edit after reply from company: I did not receive ANY communication other than the original paid invoice. Also, I did not say there was a problem with the refund after I called and emailed over a month later.

A lot of links on the website doesn't work. For instance contact us via e mail for quote doesn't work. Shipping policy doesn't work and a few other links are not working
