I love the sleep drink. I use it every night around 5 or 6 pm. It calms me for the day and gets me ready for sleep. I use two packs in blueberry lemonade. Yummy

This product works very well at calming down the body and mind. Pineapple flavor is the favorite one.

Out of all the sleep help I have sought out, I have found U-sleep to be the most effective. I’ll be honest, when I first used it, I didn’t find it working as well. It worked very well. Maybe it takes. time for your body to adjust.🤷‍♀️. I currently stagger U-sleep with a different sleep aid about every two months and that seems to keep it working well. Thanks for developing a great product. That actually tastes good too.

I originally ordered U-Relax for a friend. They liked it so much I ordered it for myself. U-Relax does help to reduce by stress when needed. I decided to try U-Sleep as it worked for the friend. It does help me get to sleep when my mind cannot turn off.
