Finally got the right guy (Alfredo P.) on the phone!! Had called a few times before and had no luck. This guy definitely not only saved me with my situation but he also kept me from flooding stack on with bad reviews. This guy needs a raise!! Truly saved the day!!

Toni Rodarte helped walk me through the complete process from troubleshooting, changing the battery and eventually reprogramming the code on my gun safe. A very good experience!

The service representative was very helpful and walked me through the process to accomplish what I needed. He was patient and remains very polite when I needed him to explain it to me a second time. I would highly recommend gun vault.
