Just make sure before backing a campaign with them that you check all the prices. Shipping does not include tax. So it product price plus shipping, plus a tax on shipping as a cherry on top. So $95.00 need an additional $51.37 to actually get your wares. So get your calculators out.

Extortionate Shipping I was so excited to get these towels from Casamera, but after their kickstarter campaign, they are wanting to charge more than half the value of the pledge again in shipping and taxes. It's the most expensive shipping cost I've seen for something of this type, and well above the value that was suggested during the campaign. Very disappointed, and now I need to decide if I want to pay the significant additional cost.

I backed this company on Kickstarter and now find out that they are charging extremely high shipping costs. I have attempted to contact them regarding the additional tax they added to the shipping charges. I would not recommend having any dealings with this company.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Charging $40 for shipping on a product that costs $70 is absolutely ridiculous. At that price, you’d almost think they were shipping it by private jet… And the worst part is the complete lack of communication. Thousands of customers are questioning these outrageous shipping costs, yet the company doesn’t bother responding to anyone. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Between the completely disproportionate shipping fees and their total silence toward customers, this inspires absolutely no confidence and honestly feels like a scam.

I must say they have the best bath essentials on the market. Their products are amazing, I have the bathrobe and their towels and I am more than happy. Highly recommended.
