I felt a release in my back I hadn’t felt before. Shortly thereafter, I felt noticeable improvement in many other areas. For example, I stopped getting plantar fasciitis completely. GONE. After a few months of using CastleFlexx for 8 to 16 minutes a day, I began to feel better, move better and even look better. My wife Carly, who had also begun using CastleflFlexx, experienced significant improvement and no longer complains about her hip pain and sciatica. Worth Every Penny — I’m Amazed at the Difference A good friend of mine, John Fields, recommended CastleFlexx to me. I’ll admit that I was reluctant at first because of the price, but after some persistent encouragement from John, I finally decided to give it a try. I’m very glad I did. I honestly never thought I could stretch my piriformis and surrounding muscles as deeply and effectively as I can with CastleFlexx. After dealing with a bout of sciatic nerve pain and significant tightness, this product has been a game changer for me. The improvement in my flexibility has been remarkable. I can now bring the side of my foot all the way to my chest—something I never imagined I would be able to do. More importantly, consistent use has helped me stay comfortable and maintain that flexibility. I know CastleFlexx is making a difference for me because if I skip using it for a few days, I can feel the tightness beginning to return. I rarely write product reviews this enthusiastically, but CastleFlexx has earned it. I have recommended it to friends dealing with similar back, flexibility, and nerve-related discomfort because of how positive my own experience has been. My sincere thanks to the people who created CastleFlexx for developing such an effective and well-designed product—and a special thank-you to my friend John Fields for insisting that I give it a chance. John, you were right! I could not recommend CastleFlexx more highly. For me, it has been worth every penny.

I’ve been bodybuilding 6 days a week for the last 15 years straight. I didn’t realize how stiff and clunky I was before using CastleFlexx. I've had a lifetime of dance and yoga and I've never gotten a stretch like I do with my Castleflexx! And, every time I use it it's just as good and deep as the last stretch...or better. Using this a few times a week has somehow also magically helped with some knee pain I've had over the years. Wish I could give this 10 stars!!

Castleflexx has been life saver for me! I used to suffer from back pain and hamstring tightness regularly. I just stuck to 15 mins everyday and it has helped reverse my pain immensely. Defo recommend. Such a fun equipment to use. P.S. get their castlefit subscription too if you can, it’s been super helpful to get my form right as well.
