US based customer support
This is an exceptional company due to their knowledgeable US based customer support (not some guy in India or PI). I shopped around and compared different cameras & security businesses. As a veteran I like to support other veteran small businesses and this one is top notch. One of their representatives (James) spent a week tweaking the cameras remotely and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!
