Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. They used FedEx which wanted a signature. FedEx wouldn’t allow me to sign indirectly for the package even though their emails and website said I could. No one reached out to me about redelivery of the package despite sending me messages saying that the package is out for delivery. Turned out it was returned to their warehouse without an attempt at redelivery. I would not recommend this company. Go with a more reputable and mature company instead for red light devices.

Hi, I’m sorry the FedEx delivery didn’t work out. We require a signature on all orders to protect high-value shipments. As soon as the package was returned to us, we issued you a full refund. — Nick, Celvana
