We sincerely regret that this affected your child's progress and that the process did not meet your expectations. Regarding the course timing, many programs are required by state or other regulatory agencies to include specific time minimums, which all authorized providers must follow. We also regret that your support experience fell short—this is not the level of service we strive to provide.
