fake products , not CISCO , all they selling are not branded , scam

Purchased a number of the Cisco hardware (Catalyst C9200L) from Change Networks. They supply it from China. Within a few days, two of the unit went faulty. We raised a service request, they said they are asking their technician to check and confirm. But that never happened and they never bother to even answer the email. Clearly, they are not a Cisco reseller, nor do they have anything to support the warranty. Most likely they sell refurbished hardware. A clear case of cheating and selling defective hardware.
