Charity buzz in decline
My last few purchases had many problems, one did not get filled, and I use to l9ve CB. Now I'm getting dissatisfaction.

Possible scam
$4000 was charged to my credit card. I have emailed and called contact number several times. I have not received any contact regarding my winning lot.

The guitar had glue all over it from…
The guitar had glue all over it from the picture. The piece that was signed, was crooked and not glued very well and coming off when I receive the package I have many signed guitars from the Eagles and Don Henley and this is the only one that does not look professional at all. I will think twice about ordering any memorabilia from Charitybuzz. Sincerely, Gary.

Be more up front with fees
Be more up front with fees! An additional 20% buyers free, plus tax on a charitable good should not be a surprise.

No information on when this item would ship. Still waiting been over a week. Haven’t responded to email. Bad website to get information

Extra fees are beyond the pale
The fact that I ended up with a $4500 bill for an item my winning bid was $3500 will prevent me from doing this again. Fool me once, etc....

Be aware that you pay a lot more than your final bid!!!
I was very disappointed to learn that upon the conclusion of the the auction I participated in, the item was going to be nearly $150 more expensive than my final bid due to an outrageous and excessive buyer's premium and shipping and handling. That should be made very clear to the buyer prior to any final sale, rather than have it buried in fine print most people such as myself will never see or know about when you register for CharityBuzz. The only things you are required to do when you establish an account is provide your credit card information and address! There is nothing stated about making sure you see the fine print prior to bidding. There was a lot of confusion with my experience, and so as a result I will only be a one-time user of charitybuzz. Upon reading reviews, you will quickly find out how many people are equally disappointed in this company. Charitybuzz is extremely misleading.
