Poor customer service
I bought some scissors that they sell. The scissors were faulty. They have a Facebook page advertising the product. They advised they would replace freer of charge. However after 29 emails regarding this issue they have blocked me on Facebook and are no longer answering my emails. Terrible customer service promising one thing and doing the polar opposite
