I have been with Cirro since 2018. I will say when you have an issue, customer service is great, however every time my contract comes up for renewal they raise my rates. I am tired of new customers getting the great deals, and loyal customers getting the shaft. So I had to part ways with Cirro.
Seasons
I have had nothing but issues with Cirro since signing up. They charge you disconnect fees of 30$ even if you've not been disconnected plus they charge a 20$ disconnect fee for sending you a disconnect letter so now you're paying $50 extra if they send you a disconnect, EVEN IF you ARE NOT disconnected. They overcharge you, the website always says your bill is past due even if it is not. Customer service is of no help. I had to file a complaint with the PUC (Public Utility Commission) to get a supervisor to call me and she assured me all was handled. And it was. Until I opened this month's bill and the same charges are there again. Plus, she said they would credit me that $30 disconnect fee, and they did... and then at the bottom of the bill, they added it back. If your bill says you owe $275, customer service says no that's incorrect, you owe $320. Or whatever price they make up. This month it's $600. Just do yourself a favor and don't. I would give 0 stars if I could.
