The quality and customer service is unbeatable. I sent them a couple of ideas of what I was looking for and in a day they had a 3d model of exactly what I was looking for.

The customer service and experience that I received throughout the process of ordering my engagement ring were incredible. Cameron reached out to me minutes after I placed the order with an introduction and a rough estimate of when the ring would be completed. My questions were answered quickly throughout the process, and the team contacted me with updates multiple times. Jenny was also fantastic as she coordinated the shipment of the ring. The ring arrived extremely quickly and on time with the original estimated schedule. The ring looks amazing and it exceeded my expectations. It's obvious that this is a dedicated team that is focused on providing value to their customers. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an engagement ring if you want to get more value for your money and a seamless experience.

I had the pleasure with working with Cameron. I sent him email after email of my likes and dislikes, of photo and video references and he took them and made my DREAM ring. The ring is beautiful and extremely affordable! On another note: His response timing was nothing like I’ve seen before! He responded within hours. He sent 3D models that really helped you if you are a visual type person! What an amazing company he has. I’ll be ordering from Clairamor again!
