Although I have not booked a tee time with the company yet, I am following them daily on Facebook and love seeing their comical golf videos.

I have used Clickiit several times, always with great success. Actually, there was a snafu with the website the first time I used it but I emailed the company and Jason emailed me back on a Saturday night and had the problem resolved within hours. Very satisfied.

Sir/Maam I recently purchased 2 Senior Coupons which included lunch and 2 drinks each. when I printed the coupon I noticed it did not denote the lunch/drinks on the coupon. I checked the website and could not find a coupon with "lunch/drinks" printed on it. The Vineyard pro shop would not honor the lunch deal but with some discussion and embarrassment, I was able to obtain the lunch deal. Please tell me why the coupon was incorrect and where on the website I can find the proper coupon. Thank you Mr Sawyer ========= REVIEW UPDATE as of 8 Sep. My issue was quickly resolved by Jason at ClickIt golf !!! His corrective action was impressive, he was professional and dedicated to customer service ! I look forward to future ClickIt Golf offers !! THANKS JASON. Mr Sawyer

Mr. Sawyer, I am terribly sorry. I just sent you a follow-up email to you personally. I hope you take a look and we can make this right. The vouchers you purchased were, in fact, good for golf, cart, lunch & 2 drinks. I sent over PDF's of the vouchers which denote that as well as screen shots of your "My ClickitGolf" profile with the offer details. Please call me at (858) 366-0766 if I can help clarify further. I have also extended a 20% off your next order up to $150 in the spirit of customer service. Looking forward to hearing from you soon and I hope this helps clarify the issue. Respectfully, ClickitGolf

Originally a poor review, turned positive! Original claim - ClickitGolf had a credit balance on my North Carolina account, that it unilaterally "took back" ($200). Despite my pleas to the contrary, they were uncommunicative as to why or how I could appeal... I guess I lose...$200, and I lost ClickitGolf as a trusted provider! UPDATE - Clickit contacted me, and has now offered a compromise to offset the pain I experienced from the prior operator. They were immediate, friendly, and very earnestly trying to right the wrong that their predecessor caused us...

Tom, I understand your concern. Unfortunately, the previous company who owned Clickit did go out of business. We have recently purchased the company and are based out of California. New owners, banking, website, etc...Our purchase was just to buy the name and website and we had nothing to do with any past transactions. That said, we would be happy to work with you to come to a mutually agreeable solution. Call us at (858) 366-0766
