ClickPoint SoftwareReviews of clickpointsoftware.com

My experience with ClickPoint has been extremely positive. Both LeadExec and SalesExec have played a major role in helping streamline and improve our University marketing, admissions, and lead management operations. The platforms work very well together and provide strong visibility across the full lead lifecycle, from lead distribution and routing to admissions follow-up and communication tracking. LeadExec has been highly effective for lead management and filtering, routing, automation, and connection via API with other systems for dual posting and fast contact to our leads. The flexibility of the platform, workflow customization options, and reliability of the system have been extremely valuable for managing high lead volumes and improving organizational efficiency. SalesExec has also been a great CRM solution for our marketing team, and admissions operations. The platform is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and helps advisors efficiently manage prospective student communications through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up workflows. One feature that stands out is the color-coded status system, which makes it much easier to identify lead stages and prioritize activity quickly. The communication tracking and workflow tools have helped improve organization, accountability, and overall operational efficiency. Another major reason our experience has been so positive is the quality of ClickPoint’s customer service team and project managers. Their support has consistently been outstanding. The team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very collaborative. Whenever we need customizations, adjustments, workflow updates, integrations, or operational changes implemented, they work quickly and efficiently to support our requests. Since our processes continue evolving over time, having a team that is flexible and proactive has made a significant difference for our organization. Overall, ClickPoint has been a reliable and valuable partner for our operational and enrollment management needs for over 6 years. The combination of strong technology, workflow flexibility, user-friendly systems, and exceptional customer support has made for a great overall experience.

ClickPointSoftware is an amazing software company, we have used LeadExec for 5 years now and it's always improving. Amazing customer support if ever needed and pricing is fair. Highly recommended it to anyone who runs a lead generation business.

We chose SalesExec by Clickpoint Software for our B2C outbound lead and contact management platform a few years ago and remain pleased with the friendly and attentive service we receive from everyone at Clickpoint. Chris in Client Support has been a standout and has gone beyond the norm for us on many occasions. We have referred other businesses who are also pleased with Clickpoint and we have also been pleased with their LMS platform LeadExec.

Hands down best CRM software and support in the industry. I have spent 20+ years evaluating and using CRM software and wish I had found Click Point Software 15 years ago. I have been them for 5 years and have never had an issue with the platform.
