.Luis Amaya is a very good Agent/professional to teach all information that is needed for Cloud Beds. very patient, clear in explaining. so far i feel very comfortable with the software and is very excited to complete.

Getting started with Cloudbeds
Our company only started working with Cloudbeds very recently, so our feedback is short-lived. Getting started with Cloudbeds was easy and our onboarding coach was extremely patient and helpful. We are confident that our experience with Cloudbeds will be very successful and beneficial to our property.

Excellent On-boarding
I’m in the process of on-boarding with Cloudbeds. The process has been simple and intuitive and the on-boarding specialist helping me, Raul, has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, efficient and was willing to research solutions for some questions I had that were outside of the norm!
