Our company has chosen Cloudbeds as our reservation system and we have been happy with the system. Now that they have Live Chat the help is very easy to get even when a guest is waiting in front of you.

Cloudbeds are always fantastic with their customer service. Their consultants seem highly knowledgeable about their product, enthusiastic in their aim to help with queries and solutions and I would not want to ever use any other system for our accommodation business. It seems to be far and away the best there is in Australia.

Helpful and knowledgeable I use to chat with a few support with a different system, but I found Cloudbeds Chating system is the best. 1st they have a bunch of people to respond to you very fast they never put you in a too-long queue, they respond with full of knowledge, I really satisfied

Cloudbeds is a good system as it has its own university to help educate you about how to use it. I found it more simple to learn this way. All staff are super helpful and clear in their answers to your questions.
