Cancelling orders to charge more
Ordered a PSA 9 1st Edition Jungle Holo Flareon. Order was placed, paid, and confirmed — then cancelled without any notification. Only found out when the item reappeared at a higher price. When I reached out, the response was essentially: 'we told the employee not to do it again.' No apology, no goodwill, nothing — not even for a customer who has spent over $15,000 with them. If they'll do this without so much as an email, they'll do it to anyone. Buyer beware — screenshot your confirmations and don't assume a completed order means anything. Shop Elsewhere.
