This company was bought out by a hedgefund and I have concrete evidence that they are switching coins and not being credible any longer.

Poor communication and no follow-through from PSA Vault
I tried to correct an issue with a fulfillment option on a PSA Vault purchase, but even after contacting support before the item shipped, PSA still sent the card out and I was charged tax as well. Support responses were slow, unclear, and eventually stopped entirely. For a service handling valuable collectibles, the lack of communication and follow-through is really disappointing.

HAVE STOLEN MY MOST VALUABLE COINS
HAVE SENT SOME COINS VALUED AT AROUND US$45,000 AND THEY LOST THEM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ONE CONTACTS YOU CONTACTED CEO. NO REPLY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE STOLEN THEM FROM ME. They don't ANSWER THE EMAIL, PHONES OR OTHER MEDIUM. THEY DONT CORRECTLY FILL OUT CUSTOMS DECLARATION FOR RETURN ITEMS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS BACK PLEASE I AM WARNING YOU.
