The employees were very friendly and they respond rapidly to questions. I would only recommend they call back or send messages by phone -as far as possible- instead of sending mail all time.

Common is a great place to relocate to, the home has no insects, the amenities are great, the community is great, and they even hold community events that are held at multiple common locations. All the staff are great, especially Kaitlin, she is an exceptional member support specialist because she was kind and responded within 24-72 hours. Whether you are in a room with a private bathroom or not, common living is a great choice for you.

Great help from Gordon. He was really open and quickly answered all of my questions and then some. We had a great conversation and I never felt rushed. In fact, that personal touch is one of the factors that is pushing to me to choose Common.
