I had the pleasure of housing with Common for 1 year. During that time I was thoroughly impressed by the staff, cleanliness, and quality of the homes. The ease of the application process and responsiveness of the staff to any and all questions were unparalleled. Common provides a unique and seamless experience throughout the whole process and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

This has been the best experience I have EVER had renting a space. Not only was the process of touring to signing the lease the quickest I've experienced but everything from the beautiful design of the suite, the people I lived with, to the support from Common was phenomenal. If there was an issue (i.e. the dishwasher was not working) a quick email to support would get our dedicated technician out to fix it same day. (You can't find that level of customer support anywhere in LA.) There are many, many, many perks in living at Common Melrose and community is a huge part of it all. I believe that "community" is what Common stresses the importance of by arranging monthly activities such as Happy Hour, Baseball Games, etc. so you can not only get to know your housemates but your suite neighbors as well. There's a game box with corn hole, bocce ball, etc. for some outdoor fun and a rooftop if you are in the mood to chill out in the sun with a few drinks and good convo. Overall, what's not there to like? It's like being on vacation when I come home. I want to highlight a couple of people who have been outstanding throughout my stay here and have made it the best I ever could imagine. Thank you to.... Tom Ahern for handling all my leasing inquiries and making sure I had the best experience during my stay and to Eddie, our wonderful Technician :)

Outstanding service. Every time I had a question or an issue they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The building is great, the apartment had very nice features, and the property services team was a pleasure to interact with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I moved into Common - Briar Chicago almost a year ago, and moving into a community of new Chicagoans made my transition easier into the city. I’ve enjoyed being a resident of common so far, the community members are really nice, and we also get really cool perks (i.e tickets to plays or boat rides if you have time). I recently requested an additional 6 months in the Briar home, and the Common admin team was extremely quick in responding and allowing me to do that. I’m looking forward to an additional 6 months at Briar! Highly recommend common to anyone looking for a community to be a part of, especially if you’re looking to grow your network in a new city!

Moved into Common Melrose recently and my experience has been amazing so far. Common's move-in process was remarkably smooth. The home is always immaculate w/ the included cleaning. The management team has always been so responsive even though they're based in NY. My suitemates were all welcoming, cool, considerate. Somehow the whole concept just all works!

A little over two weeks ago I moved into one of Common's suites in the new Cypress building. I came from another city, with only a video tour of the place before signing the lease. As anyone else in a similar situation, I expected to find numerous issues with the place once I rolled up to the door. It all seemed to good to be true! Yet... somehow, it has been even better than I could have imagined. After getting to know Ridgewood and a few other Cypress members, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move into Common Cypress! The people here are kind, professional, and respectful. The amenities and open areas are INCREDIBLE, to say the least. Just today I found out we have an incredible rooftop! As a startup founder with a thousand different things on my mind, Common has removed a major stress point in my move to a new city.
