This has been an ideal place to stay for us for few months, and we feel very lucky to have found the perfect location, a reasonable rent , a room completely furnished, with all amenities included and a helpful staff to assist you on any necessities. We plan to come back next year

Had a great stay overall! I was very happy with the 3 months lease option and the fast, simple and modern move in procedure (online payment & signing) Only issue is that there is quite car break-ins at Melrose happening so just be sure not to keep any valuables in the car, it's almost safer to just keep your car on the street, although they did add an extra camera in the parking lot. Would still highly recommend it to everyone that wants to move in quickly somewhere for still a reasonable price for everything you get!

It is a good property to live, people are very friendly, I love it’s laundry room on each floor, they plan a lot of events for us like residents. I got this opportunity to live in this building when I move from Puerto Rico. They gave me this chance when other landlords says not because I never live before at the mainland and I have not rent score before.

Great-looking units, good communication from Common staff, uncommon flexibility in living situation (furnishings, lease terms)

Great if you are moving to a new city and don't want to be lonely or have to buy a bunch of furniture.

Overall, it was a solid decision to live at Common here in Seattle, where you can walk 5 minutes to any number of food/entetainment/downtown sites. Pros: Short lease, internet included, stocked kitchen, proximity to Capitol Hill and downtown, well designed units. ***Most unique perk of Common*** free Common community events whether sports, theater, arts, culture, and opportunities for members to create their own. Cons: Not every member embraces the community culture here and you may face typical apartment building lifestyle disagreements with neigbors, but Common is responsive to these issues. You must also accept that parts of Capitol Hill can be seedy.

I had the choice of living in a cramped efficiency, but Common offered a full-size home, with an outdoor patio, awesome neighborhood, exceptional amenities, great transportation options, security, and it just made good financial sense. The curated events are also pretty cool. The recent event I attended was very well attended by both of DC's houses. I would have to stress that the best things about co-living are the people you meet and the networking opportunities. I would also have to say that co-living really reduced my stress levels. Having cleaning, typical household supplies, and no utility bills to worry about does make life easier.
