Was sent a broken hold stet and when I called to get a replacement I was hung up on by customer support as well as the service team. The place just lost a 1000 order to our department because of this.

Took way to long to ship, and its not even shipped yet im assuming since i still dont have tracking. I dont see why it the item cant be shipped same day or even as late as next day. Review is based on getting product sent and not customer service/ product review.

The holster is a duty holster and when I went to put it on my duty belt I had to move the spacer in the back to the bottom hole. I took the screw out of the top hole it was in and went to put it in the bottom but it would not take. There appears to not be any threads to catch the screw. The holster does not fit tight without the spacer on the belt. I went back to my old holster. The mag pouch I ordered is awesome. No issues at all. I cannot wait for my next IDPA Match.
