The CompleteCase.com is the way to go if both parties can agree on basic items. I've filled out the forms and for the most part they were easy to understand. I had a few issues on the Customer Service NOT calling me back, but the staff was good to respond to e-mails.

Although the documents I received were not satisfactory for the courts, completecase affiliates that handled my situation were great in assisting me throughout the process and did offer a full refund. Excellent customer service.

This started out as a great experience. Then I ended up struggling with my case. I was supposed to include a copy of a Monroe County's statement of net worth. This document is 14 pages long and extremely difficult to fill out and not part of the service. I did fail over and over in my attempt to do so, even though it is a non contested divorce. I called to complain once to this website, and was contacted by several people. It turned out my case was very unique, and CompleteCase was concerned and upset that my experience was not less than stellar. They were very personal and very professional and offered to do whatever it took to make things right. I was very impressed by there concern and their efforts. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Divorce is a scarey word because it conjures up big expense, lengthy process, and lawyers. If both parties are in agreement CompleteCase is definitely the way to go. My divorce was final within 60 days from the date I filed and cost was minimal (only about $350 for the forms and $350 court and filing fees with the county).
