We are sorry to hear that you did not have an exceedingly positive experience with Concealed Coalition. It is always our goal to provide top-notch, professional training courses, and our website is detailed regarding what we offer. It is generally an individual's responsibility to understand the full carry permit application process in their state of residence, however, our team is available directly at 800-990-5594 during normal business hours for ANY questions or concerns prior to signing up, during the process, and after! We are always happy to assist and provide more information. Depending on your state of residence, there may be elements of qualification that must be attended in-person. Some states require the entire course to be in-person. Other states allow the classroom to be done online, but live-fire is still required (which must be done at a range). These are things that we always encourage individuals to research before registration, and again is information we provide through our customer care representatives. If you would like to provide more details regarding your dissatisfaction, please reach out via phone or email. It would benefit both you and our team to get a clearer understanding of the issues you have encountered. 🙌

All of this information (and more) is clearly outlined on our website FAQs and through our customer care representatives via phone. It is generally an individual's responsibility to understand the full carry permit application process in their state of residence, however, our team is available directly at 800-990-5594 during normal business hours for ANY questions or concerns prior to signing up, during the process, and after! Refunds are issued based on the reason for cancellation and the individual circumstances surrounding registration. Though there are some states that do not mandate a course be taken, we firmly believe that firearm training is vital for anyone who intends to carry! Our classes cover topics such as firearm best practices for safety and handling, state-specific laws, situational awareness, threat avoidance, child access prevention, measured responses to danger, and more. Lastly, yes, we do have additional products available for purchase along with course registration. These are always optional and are not required to attend the class. Our team would be more than happy to assist if any of these add-ons were included incidentally during the check-out process, though there is a breakdown screen of what you're paying for prior to purchasing. 🙌 Be well and stay safe!
