I was having trouble finding my course on my dashboard after registering. It was after hours so I had to leave a message. Theresa a student advisor reached out to me to make sure my issue was resolved. She then sent me her contact info and asked that I let her know when I finish the course. Upon completion she would make sure my hours were sent to the state. She has gone beyond what I expected and I am grateful for her assistance.
