Ordered the frames and lenses on 12/27/2018. At the time of order they stated the frame is available. Later on after 2 weeks realized that frame was just ordered and not honest about availability at the time of order. It’s going 3 weeks now and still waiting.

Had to call multiple times for a lost pakage before a new order was issued. Had to make a claim i which i did online immediately, but no confirmation number shows if it went through. I have to wait another 2 weeks for my glasses for an order I placed over a month ago. Customer service people are friendly.

The price was fair and my glasses were as expected. I couldn't give more stars because shipping was slow. Additionally I was not aware that the delivery required a signature and this turned out to be a big hassle. In the end I had to wait in line at the post office during the holidays to pick them up.

My lenses were purchased with insurance, I paid full for frames...there was a longer delivery period due to insurance and lenses had a small scratch which is visible right near nose piece, probably from when they were inserted into frames. Guess you get what you pay for.....

Purchasing and shipping was great but the problem is the frame has a defect. The left hinge at the temples is defective and moves back and forth or wobbles. The right temple piece is secure and firm. It appears it is the hinge attached to the left temple piece is the problem. I don't know how to contact Cool Lens to get this fixed.

Lengthy delivery time, thought this was a Canadian company with a .ca address - not so. Ordered once, received a duplicate order that caused an extra trip to the post office to return the unrequested pair.

The frames were not how I had seen them online. Returning the item and going to a physical store! Unless it's to replace a like for like, I won't shop for glasses online again
