I love CoolFrames.com. I adopted a puppy in July and he has "found" five pairs of my glasses since then and used them as a toy, so I have been able to re-order as soon as it has happened. The orders have been 100% accurate, fair-priced and quick! Thank you for being there for me and I luv ya, but I hope that Kirby and I won't need your services for several months!

The folks at "CoolFrames" were very nice and helpful. The first pair of frames I ordered were the wrong size (my fault, measured them wrong). I returned them an they sent the replacement frames in a couple of days. They are just like my old frames. The doctor told me they no longer make these frames. Well, they do.

Frames were what I expected and came in a timely manner. Price was excellent compared to what they would have cost at the optometrists office!
