My prescription was wrong and I was told I had to send glasses back with lens envelopes. Receipt clearly stated NO ENVELOPES. So I have a worthless pair of glasses that I paid $523 for. Don't reccomend doing business with them

It is unfortunate that there is a "restocking" fee. I personally think, as a business, that is very tacky. This was the first time ordering with Cool Frames and the first pair I ordered was out of stock even thought it did not indicate that on line. I doubt I will be a return customer due to those two things. Thanks.

Glasses were made wrong which delayed shipping. Was supposed to be upgraded to priority shipping due to the mistake and it wasn’t.

I don’t think The frames were like the picture. The frame color was not like I was hoping. I wanted something like the old Nordic International titan flex. Too much to hope for.

Me replying to that marketing email: Hello, coolframes/policy/returns.html Are these your correct return policies? Your representative: Thank you for contacting us, Yes, that is correct, the return policy is listed on our website. Me: So why does this email say "Backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Exchange or return your order for free."? You: We order all of our frames directly from the manufacturers specifically for our customers. If you are returning the frames, there would be a 20% restocking fee. Me: You didn't answer my question. Is this email false advertising then? Please explain what is meant by "Backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Exchange or return your order for free." You: Please advise where it says Exchange or return your order for free, that is not in our policies. Me: Literally this email. First message that I replied to to start this conversation. You: *no response* This is false advertising. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well as documenting it on review platforms.

Just awful! Website claims two day shipping ,here I am almost three weeks later and still no glasses ! In addition ,called yesterday to ask for tracking info ,at which point I was informed that the package was marked “ delivered” !!!!! Delivered to WHO ????? NOT ME !!!! So a claim was submitted and now another waiting game ! No glasses ,no money ,just patience wearing INCREASINGLY THIN !!!!!!! DO BETTER COOLFRAMES

Delivery time was so long, never achieved the agreements they offered a discount and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement.
