Totally Satisfied
I recently purchased a pair of Flexon frames to replace the same frames I had owed for years that had broken. I got a great price and received the frames in less than a week. The customer support rep I dealt with was wonderfull, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Coolframes.

Better than most
Great service. I had accidentally put in the wrong prescription on my sunglasses and they were able to fix it when I sent it back to them. I was charged a fee, but it was my error. I’m giving them a 5 cause they had good communication between the customer and, they keep you informed about anything from backorders, processing, and shipping.

Above and beyond
The customer service went above and beyond any experience I've ever head. They delivered my frames personally to NJ so my mom would get them in time for Christmas!
