The frames arrived in a little over two weeks, which wasn't bad. Love the frames, they look great but the lenses clearly aren't great quality. Prob gonna get them replaced but for now its ok I guess.

I didn’t like that the frames I chose were 100$ cheaper on any other site.

I like the color of the frames. However, they're smaller than I would like.

I live overseas (in the UK). They responded quickly when I asked about the delivery after about a week. "Shipping takes 5-12 working days". However, it has been 12 days and there is no update from them to tell me when to expect my delivery. They should send an email with how to track my delivery or something to that effect.

So sorry for the delay in receiving your order. I do see that it is in the United Kingdom as of today, and is still on it's way. I have sent an email to you with your shipping information to track your order. We're so sorry for any inconvenience. Best, Ashley C. CoolFrames.com

Ordered November 4th and haven’t received my frames yet. I understand they’re ‘on the way’ as of November 14th, it’s now the 21st so……time will tell ??

Hi Scott, we apologize that shipping took longer than you had expected. We did ship the order to you on November 14th, after that the timing is up to UPS. It does take a bit longer due to customs as well. Thanks so much for your purchase! I hope you enjoy your order. Take care, Ashley C. CoolFrames.com

They need to change their return policy. I purchased 2 pair of frames to see which I liked best and returned one that I didn’t like keeping the other. They charge a “restocking” fee and do not pay return shipping. They should be like other companies that allow you to try without punishing you for returning.

We are very sorry that you are unhappy. The reason we charge a restocking fee, is that it costs us money to restock your glasses. And it is clearly listed on our website. We're sorry that you didn't notice it. We do appreciate you being a customer. Thank you for your purchase. Take care, Ashley C. CoolFrames.com

I've received over a dozen emails from you and now a review request, without having received a precise tracking number or my frames. I feel that you could benefit by concentrating on getting me my existing order rather than spamming me for future orders. I still don't have my frames or a clear date by which I could expect them... Please focus.
