Just received my 2nd order. No prescription in the frames!!!! Very frustrated. The frames were on back order to begin with then excited to actually have finally received them to find they never had the prescription lens placed into frame!!!!

Eyeglasses were delivered with the wrong prescription lenses. Contacted Coolframes and was told to return them for new lenses. Glasses were again delivered with incorrectly ground lenses. Coolframes now refuses to replace these lenses and insists that I pay for new lenses. Very disappointed. Unsatisfactory on all levels.

I was not happy the way you handled 2 day shipping. a person in customer service answering my questions about the shipping very rude will not be doing business with you again

This is a follow up to my previous review of my order #1152037. So as it happens despite an assurance that I would receive the correct frames originally ordered and that I would just keep the childrens frames sent by error (quote :” You are welcome to keep the frames to give to a family member”)cool frames cannot provide those frames and will not reimburse me unless I send back the frames they incorrectly sent me in the first place. This dissatisfactory on several levels. Needless to say I will NEVER NOR can ever recommend ordering from Cool Frames.

Ordered prescription glasses for around $150. Paid extra for Essilor Airwear Polycarbonate Lenses. The glasses turned out to be very poorly made, the lenses kept falling out like sometimes happens on the cheapest sunglasses. Tried to contact the company, they weren't very cooperative. They offered me to pay a replacement fee and pay for the shipping to them and back. I took the glasses to a local ophthalmologist. She said the lenses are just not cut right, that's why they are falling out. Don't be fooled by an Amazon check out. Amazon just provides a paying service.

I received my glasses after waiting several weeks,even with two day shipping, and they were bent out so bad they wouldn't even stay on my nose. I called the customer service line and was told to take the glasses to any store and ask them to fix them. I did that and I couldn't find a store that could fix them. They said the frames were stretched beyond repair. I called customer service back and she wants me to pay to ship them back and said they would adjust them and sent them back to me. Basically after waiting almost a month for them to arrive now they want me to send them back. I asked for a refund so I can have some frames done locally since I haven't had glasses for a month and they do not give refunds. Buyer beware if you order from this company.

Ordered Gucci frames with 2 day shipment request. After a week had passed, contacted customer service. CS stated frames were on back order and wouldn’t be in until after first of the year. I explained this should have been communicated up front and I would be canceling my order. CS response was there’s a $20.00 cancellation fee. After numerous calls to CS finally received refund less $20.00. Not a company you want to do business with.

CoolFrames.com misrepresents products. I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses with prescription lenses. Product shown had as expected Ray Ban sunglasses with sunglass lenses. Product delivered was Ray Ban sunglasses with clear, not prescription lenses. CoolFrames.com refused to acknowledge their misrepresentation of the product and accept return with full refund. Fraudulent business. Avoid it!
