When I received my order, someone had stolen the bottle from the box. I contacted Copper Water, and they immediately sent me another water bottle free of charge. Thank you Copper Water for a great product and excellent costumer service!! I love my water bottle❤️

It is so true that water tastes better from a copper water bottle. I was skeptical cause our water is not the best tasting, but I fill it up at night and drink the next day. Very happy with my purchase. Thinking about getting the pitcher when I can afford it. Cheryl

Can't say nothing at all on the negative end but, I can say when I recieved my COPPER WATER Bottles to see and tangibly hold and feel of this Top Quality product I was very impressed, plus the packaging was above and beyond.
