Nick was great to work with. After several months struggling to make it past the first screening round for jobs, his help on my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile helped me get an interview with a major company within a week.

The CoreTactic team is fabulous. Anne Williams was my coach and I could not be happier to have worked with her. She took the time to understand my career difficulties and came up with a tailored approach for me. Her assignments pushed me to be introspective and use my voice. From goal setting to practicing and preparing for difficult conversations, Anne helped instill a level of confidence I didn't have when we started working together. She is an incredible coach and I would highly recommend her to anyone. So glad Nick matched with her.

As a career coach, Nick Rustad is simply amazing! His professional leadership experience is evident in how he walks alongside his coaching clients with great energy, enthusiasm, and support. When I had moments of doubt or frustration, Nick was very patient and offered tangible direction - and sometimes the necessary comedic relief. He never let me give up! Nick’s extensive technical experience helps him utilize many platforms I could not have navigated alone. With that he tailored my resume for specific career opportunities so I would stand out in my field. I also got great feedback from the inventories he utilizes to discover which work areas could give me greatest personal satisfaction. If you are looking to change careers, exploring something new, or just wanting to learn more about yourself, I cannot recommend Nick highly enough!
