After an impatient start with how shipping was going I reached out to express my frustration with a 1 star review. This company immediately noticed and put the effort in to go up the supply chain to get me any answers they could. They were able to find out it will be shipped next week and my kids can’t sleep now they are so excited. Follow up is a 5 star.

Best Christmas present ever. The kids and their friends love this thing. The owners and staff communicated well. There was a minor mixup in communications but they made it right. There are so many games available. kids love the Japanese games. This is just endless hours of fun and a great party pleaser. The build quality is very good, I just wish there wasnt a gap between the screen and the control board so you can put quarters up there but a small piece of black foam fixed the.

Ordered the 4 player with 4500 games for my son. Brian was fantastic to deal with. He was very responsive, and made the process seamless. These machines are in high demand, and I knew it was a long-shot to order early Dec and expect Christmas delivery. Brian was honest and said he’ll do all he could, but couldn’t guarantee I’d get it by the 25th. I ended up receiving it with almost a week to spare, and we are thrilled with it! The whole family (and friends) are enjoying it. My son went through the roof when he saw it Christmas morning, and hasn’t stopped playing it. Thanks so much Brian and team!
