Hello There, Thank you so much for your honest review, we appreciate your feedback. Any updates we get about the animals automatically show up on their campaign page. We do try to get regular updates, but as you might expect, animal welfare organizations are very busy. Animals sometimes also get removed after the campaign is complete or at the request of the welfare organization. We can't usually get dependable updates on these. I do apologize for the inconvenience here, we do make our best effort to keep campaigns fully updated. If you have an animal you'd like an update on, please contact [email protected]. Hi Brian, thanks for the great questions! Our low fees help us cover the costs of the financial transactions and CUDDLY's operations. We implemented our tip feature to help us continue the work we do for rescues and shelters around the world. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional to every donor. All prospective rescues or shelters have to go through a multi-step verification process before they can post campaigns on CUDDLY. This process verifies their 501c3 charity status, financials, veterinarian relationships, criminal background records, charity rating and history, and more. We are dedicated to transparency and making sure your donations go to valid animals in need. Thanks again and we hope to see you again at CUDDLY.

We do this by directly providing tools and resources to support animal welfare organizations worldwide. The CUDDLY platform empowers these organizations to create fundraisers and wishlists in order to raise funds and receive donated supplies for animals who desperately need help. In turn, donors from all over the world can make a difference by donating to a specific animal or organization. In regard to the wishlist items in our catalog, our objective is to support animal welfare organizations by helping to provide what they need to help the animals under their care. CUDDLY works hard to maintain competitive pricing and we do everything we can to keep costs low such as working with pet brands and bringing supplies directly into our warehouse. Any and all donations go towards making a positive difference in the animal’s road to recovery and are greatly appreciated. It is important to note that we strive to keep our platform free for animal welfare groups, as such, a reason for why our products may seem higher priced is because we include the cost of shipping and handling fees. In addition, all wishlist items & donations are tax deductible for donors which is explained in further detail on our FAQ page. Being for-profit, for-good allows us to offer many additional opportunities to our partners such as being able to fundraise for transport vehicles, paid television advertising, and promotional spots on social media. We also provide an email marketing tool that helps to easily send emails at the most optimal times in order to reach their campaign goals. These are all tools that would otherwise be unavailable or inaccessible for many of our partners. We hope this response helps provide you with transparency on CUDDLY.
