The order arrived in suitable time - though at the end of the 7-day timeframe posted on the website. Each order I've placed, including this one, have been suitably packaged and have arrived in good condition. The ordering process for 'custom' stickers is a little more complicated than I would hope given that successive orders of the same item should simply draw from the details already on record. Having the opportunity to select formats already on file with Custom Genie would alleviate issues that arose after attaching a copy of the image I kept on file from a previous order. The issue was resolved after several email exchanges, however.
