Parcel took 5 weeks to get here, was held up in Customs with no communication until I queried it. No wrapping on book, just shoved in a back and as a result the actual book has completely broken free of the hard cover and is now in 2 pieces. Very poor

I would rate this 0 if I could. There was an issue with my package address but I was not informed at all that there was even an error and after weeks of communication they didn’t know where my package was, they couldn’t tell me anything. And I got an update of empty promises about an update coming soon once a week. After delays and horrid communication and 43 days! From the original delivery date as well as two less patient emails from myself after more than 4 weeks, I finally got my package in a dented/damaged box. I will personally never go through DAI Post as a delivery service ever again given the choice. The communication was horrible and so was the logistics. I am rarely one to review unless something is outstanding or appalling. My experience certainly was appalling.

Terrible , irresponsible, delivery drivers that deliver packages to the wrong address or leave in plain sight for someone to steal but deemed "left in sight"and the company is terrible at following through with an enquiry amd you have to call and follow up and won't take responsibility for pathetic service they provide and will close the enquiry. I don't know how they are an operating business.

Very disappointed with my experience. The company I purchase from goods from in the United States used DAI to deliver my parcel and they are absolutely terrible. My item arrived in Australia over a week ago and has been sitting only 20 minutes from my delivery address with no successful delivery. The courier claimed they attempted delivery during business hours, which seems highly unlikely, and then sent the parcel back to the depot. To make matters worse, when I contacted DAI, they could not even tell me where my package was. Poor communication, poor customer service, and an incredibly frustrating experience overall. I would strongly suggest any company overseas considering using DAI for Australian customers, think about using a different company because the whole delivery experience has been a nightmare. I hope I get my parcel soon!

DAI email received said item was delivered. After a week of search and enquiry I found my parcel was at a shop a few kilometres away. I do not drive! My home delivery address was on the purchase bill, not the shops. A message advising me of the situation would have saved stress. Parcel cannot now be picked up until a family member is visiting this area.

From the moment parcel arrived in Australia it became the worse experience I have ever endured with any delivery company. On 3 occasions parcel was unsafe to leave. Not once did any courier attempt delivery as myself and partner were home at the time. Parcel continued to be returned to Padstow. No address just Padstow. Finally after a few weeks out of nowhere I get advised parcel is now ready for collection at some liquor store located 20 minutes away. Never ever ever again will I purchase from anyone who ships via DAI POST.

Driver delivered empty bag and this company wants to take 48 hours to investigate this. My package came from the uk so had customs clearance on the bag with contents listed and $ value. The delivery photos are a close up photograph of the label and a photo of the sidewalk outside my house. How this was provided as evidence he's delivered it, it beyond me. Appalling service.

I had a very small parcel the size of a letter with valuable contents worth $500 delivered, except rather than put it in my mail box where it would be safe, it was left on the floor next to the post box. Great job guys, I hope you hold a seminar teaching your drivers how to insert mail into mail sized holes because I guessed they missed that day in primary school.
